Our approach
Why we do it this way
Book an airport ride in this county and you will usually find yourself phoning three companies, giving each one your name and address, and waiting for a callback before anyone will tell you what it costs. We thought that was a strange way to run a business, so we publish our rates instead. Every route page on this site carries a real number, and that number is the number you pay.
The rest follows from the same idea. Flat means flat, at four o’clock in the morning as much as at noon, and gratuity is never added for you. Child car seats are free because California law requires them and rideshare drivers will not carry them, which is a problem we can solve rather than one we can charge for.
We are licensed by the California Public Utilities Commission as a charter-party carrier. Our permit number is in the footer of every page on this site, alongside our address and a phone number that a person actually answers.
