Contracted, invoiced monthly

Airline Crew Transportation to SFO, SMF, OAK and SJC

Crew transport is not an airport transfer with a different passenger. It runs to a roster rather than a booking, it cannot be late, and a vehicle that fails to show is an operational problem for the airline rather than an inconvenience for a traveller. We run it as a contract, not as a series of individual rides.

The detail

What you get

Rostered, not booked

Standing schedules loaded once and dispatched automatically. Nobody on your side re-enters a pickup every week.

Redundancy that is real

A backup vehicle and driver identified for every scheduled movement, because 'we will find someone' is not a plan at 0400.

Hotel and terminal familiarity

Crew hotels, the right doors, and the crew entrances — not the passenger kerb.

Monthly invoicing

One consolidated invoice per period, itemised by movement, in the format your accounts team already processes.

Background-checked drivers

The same small team on the contract, so crews see faces they recognise.

24/7, including holidays

Rosters do not respect business hours. Neither do we, and there is no night or holiday surcharge.

Airline crew

Built around a roster, not a booking

Passengers moving through an airport departures hall
A corporate guest arriving by black car
A business traveler walking through a terminal
Luggage being loaded into a waiting car
Passengers walking through a bright airport concourse
A chauffeur meeting a passenger beside a black sedan at sunset
A uniformed chauffeur standing beside a black sedan

Contracted, invoiced monthly

The vehicle is there before the crew is

Every scheduled movement has a primary and a backup. Flight tracking on inbound crews, and a dispatcher who knows the roster rather than reading it for the first time.

FAQ

TRAVIS AIRPORT SHUTTLES FAQ

+ Do you contract directly with airlines?

Yes, and with crew-scheduling agencies and ground handlers. Call the main number and ask for accounts — we will put a schedule and a rate together rather than quoting ride by ride.

+ What happens if a crew's inbound is delayed?

We track it. The pickup moves with the aircraft, and the movement is not charged twice because the schedule slipped.

+ Can you cover multiple simultaneous movements?

Yes. Capacity and backup are agreed as part of the contract, so overlapping movements are planned rather than improvised.

+ How is it billed?

Monthly, consolidated, itemised by movement. Not per-ride card payments.
