+ How many Balikbayan boxes can you take?
It depends on how many people are travelling with them. Tell us the box count and the passenger numbers and we will send the right vehicle, or two if it takes two.
+ Is there an oversize luggage fee?
No. The flat rate covers the vehicle, and the vehicle covers what fits in it. Booking the right size is the only thing that matters.
+ Can you carry golf clubs or skis?
Yes, as standard luggage. Mention them when booking so we send a vehicle with the room.
+ What if I have more bags than I said?
Call us as soon as you know. Changing vehicle class before dispatch is easy; changing it at the kerb is not.
