Rider reviews

Early flights, late arrivals, car seats, boxes and wheelchairs. The rides people remember are rarely the easy ones.

“Four of us plus six balikbayan boxes for the Manila flight. Every other company told us to book two cars. The van took everything in one trip and the driver loaded it all himself at five in the morning.”

“Booked at eleven at night for a six a.m. pickup and someone actually answered the phone. Price quoted was the price paid. He was outside four minutes early.”

“Two car seats, fitted and checked before we came out of the house. I have had three rideshare drivers cancel on me for exactly that reason. Worth every dollar not to start a holiday in an argument.”

“PCS move with more bags than people. They met me at billeting rather than making me haul everything to the gate, and the receipt went straight through on my voucher with no questions.”

“Flight landed two hours late at midnight. I assumed I would be sorting out a hotel. Got a text saying he was already tracking it and would be waiting. He was.”

“Six of us, four wineries, nobody had to skip the tasting to drive. He knew the drive times between estates better than our itinerary did and got us to the last reservation on the minute.”

“Straightforward and on time, and I liked seeing the rate on the website instead of having to call around for quotes. Only note is I would have liked a text a bit earlier the night before.”

“Took my mother to the airport in her wheelchair. The driver helped her the whole way to the desk and would not take a tip for it. That is the part I will remember.”

How we collect reviews

Every rider gets one text about half an hour after drop-off with a link. That is the whole process. We do not offer discounts for reviews, we do not screen people before asking, and we do not ask only the customers we think are happy — all three are against the rules and all three are obvious to anyone reading.

We answer every review, including the critical ones, usually the same day. If something went wrong on your ride, saying so publicly is the fastest way to get it fixed.
